Janice Loppe: Envision
Janice always has her eye on the future and as she sees it unfold, she goes into action rallying people around her to define the path and the steps that will get us there. She connects value to need; she looks at trends and relates it to what’s happening in the present to create and innovate the future direction of our association. She is driven to execute and by being unstoppable, she attracts many into her circle of leadership. Evolve or Perish is her call to action and also ours.
Janice began her career in manufacturing in 1990 in production management with a major beverage producer. She held managerial positions in quality control, vendor management, and inventory planning before entering the world of packaging fifteen years ago. In her current role in Corporate Development at Intertape Polymer Group (IPG), Janice manages the company’s market research team, leads the business planning function and supports the commercial aspects of the company’s M&A projects. Janice’s role provides leadership for emerging projects and business opportunities that do not have a fully developed infrastructure. She is also the corporate community liaison for IPG, representing the company in both the business and political community.
